Sterre has just started, but already faces trouble. She needs more people who will rent a part of her father's building. On top of that, some of the people who do rent there have an argument. Unfortunately, Sterre's father refuses to help her.

Good news for Sterre: someone's interested in renting workspace. That person is Romy, but what's going on with her? Floris thinks he recognizes her from the past. Helena and Wesley try to work in the same room, but experience some difficulties. Inge knows something about Smit.

Thijs is working on a job for Pimp, the company of Pieter and Tom. His mother Betsy, who also works in the building, is not happy with this. Helena's sister Eva decides to start her own company, a talent agency. Floris tries to get to know Romy better.

Tom speaks out his worries to Pieter. Inge gets a promise from Smit, but what are the consequences? Meeting the others seems to inspire Floris.

Eva takes in Fleur as her first client, bit doesn't see through Fleur's intentions. Thijs is also interested in Fleur, but on a personal level. That is one of the reasons he doesn't always like his well-meaning but meddlesome mother being around. Pieter makes a promise to Tom, but does he mean it?
