On the way to the birthday of her grandmother the boyfriend of Fatima breaks up with her. She has difficulties to let him, and her dream of a knight in shining armor, go. Nienke is busy organising a goodbye party for Doctor Schoonoord, which means a lot to her. Stella has her own problems, her lucky necklace breaks. She's afraid she will have bad luck forever, mostly when it comes to men and sex.

When Nienke has her period, the entire world shall know. On her way to the hospital she has an argument with a mother who is dropping of her child at school. Fatima tries to help her to bury the hatchet but this doesn't go as planned. Jurriaan and Stella can't get along.
