In a bid to save her daughter from the evil eye of Junaid, Mahrukh decides to return to Pakistan on her mother's instructions. In Pakistan, Abeer's grandmother wants her to marry either Hannan or Hamza. However, both cousins do not plan to marry Abeer for their own reasons.

Hannan tells his grandmother he likes someone, prompting her to wed Hamza with Abeer. Initially opposed, Hamza and Abeer later change their mind. Farah is upset that her mother-in-law announced the wedding without consulting her.

Hamza is spotted with another girl in the mall by Hannan. Farah is uneasy with Hamza and Abeer's bond. At a family event, Hannan introduces Sara to his grandmother. Sara reveals her engagement leaving everyone shocked.

After the event, Hamza invites a reluctant Abeer to his room. His inappropriate behavior leads to Abeer slapping him. Hamza abruptly leaves the house and calls off the wedding, forcing his grandmother to wed Abeer with Hannan instead.

Abeer and Hannan decide to marry for the family's sake. Sara is shocked to see Hannan as the groom instead of Hamza. Hannan notices that Sara is not wearing her engagement ring.
