Lisa meets Randi for the episode's first full reading, during which she picks up the spirit of Randi's beloved dog as well as a negative entity of a man. Lisa travels to Randi's apartment to place crystals on her to give her strength. Then, while getting her nails done, Lisa connects the owner of the salon with a close male friend as well as with a grandmother figure. For her second full reading, Lisa connects Teena not only with her parents, but with her ex-boyfriend who was hit and killed by a drunk driver. Later, Lisa meets with a historian named Mark at an old Hollywood mansion and sheds light on a murder-suicide that took place there.
