    After being penalized from the week before, the pressure is on as one girl must exercise all week on her own with no help whatsoever from the trainers. Several girls feel the effects of their new workout regimen and struggle to maintain their motivation to push through the pain. The girls are also presented with their first cheerleader-themed challenge, which will tap into their past skills and test their endurance.

    Jay and Lin put the eight contestants through a strenuous workout where focus and discipline are two of the buzz words. The cheerleaders will have both words tested later when they are tempted by pizza, beer and margaritas. After a heated dodge ball challenge, the winning squad is rewarded with an emotional video message from home.
