Known as the Hangman of Riga, Cukurs was responsible for the deaths of over 30,000 Latvian Jews. A Mossad agent working under the name 'Anton Kunzle' had him shot in a remote suburb of Montevideo, Uruguay.

Nazi Hunters examines the capture of Adolf Eichmann considered by many to be one of the main architects of the Holocaust. Eichmann was captured outside of his home near Buenos Aires in Argentina by Mossad agents. He was taken to Israel where he was tried for war crimes and later executed.

Priebke who was responsible for some of Italy's worst atrocities fled to Argentina after the war. He led a life of relative obscurity until he was confronted by journalists from ABC News in the 1990s.

Nazi Hunters examines how Mossad agents from Israel spent nearly thirty years tracking the notorious Nazi physician Josef Mengele. After the war, Mengele flees to Argentina where he lives a relatively nondescript life. After the arrest of Adolph Eichmann he flees to Paraguay and, then, Brazil eluding captivity until his death in 1979.
