KWAN succeeds in arresting the members of a gang of filthy business. He wants to torture the criminal so as to make him admit the crime. However WAI disagrees with him and states that the group dealing with -filthy business will take over the case. YI is the inspector aiming at fighting filthy business. She impersonates a prostitute so as to bait the customer and succeeds in accusing the gang. YI and WAI go to attend their friend's wedding ceremony. To deal with YI, TIN employs Mr. FOSTER the retired magistrate to be his consultant. YI knows that she meets a keen enemy. LAN and KWAN are tricked by FOSTER and records the process with a hidden video camera. They are accused of abusing their power. As a result they are punished by suspending their duty by one week. YI and WAI lose their self-control and spend a night together. YI collects evidence to prove TIN guilty but the witness meets a traffic accident and is killed. FOSTER states that all the evidence are forgery and TIN. has bribed witnesses and sends a subordinate to admit the accusation for him. TIN is set Tree.
