KI LOK is a kind-hearted girl who likes helping people. On this day, she and her classmates go to a hospital for an internship program, during which DAO SIN-FA, an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) of General Medicine, informs them about their duties and responsibilities. KI LOK and CHAN PAT-SHUI are assigned to the Integrated Medical Wards, where PAT-SHUI is thrown into a spin when he helps feed a patient. All of a sudden, some gangsters pick a fight in the A&E (Accident & Emergency) department, fortunately, CHEUK TZE-KWAN braves it out to quell the incident. After these two groups of people are evaluated and diagnosed by a doctor, TZE-KWAN notices that BIG CRAB shows other symptoms. However, Doctor YUNG YI-SUM is not happy after seeing that TZE-KWAN questions his decision, leaving TZE-KWAN no other choice but to secretly hand the case over to another doctor, TONG YAT-CHUN, for a follow-up.… ...

CHI-MING gives KI LOK, PUI-YEE and YUET-OI pop quizzes. Due to lack of time, PUI-YEE, out of panic, jots down the wrong facts and figures in patients' food logs. After CHI-MING notices the disconnection of a patient's tracheal tube, he immediately reprimands YUET-OI for that, but KI LOK speaks out to defend her. YAT-CHUN picks up TZE-KWAN and drives her to the peak for lunch, during which the two exchange gifts for each other. Later on, CHI-MING discovers that it's PUI-YEE who wrongly wrote down the facts and figures in patients' food logs, so he intends to disqualify her from participation in the internship. Having received an anonymous complaint against CHI-MING, SIN-FA goes to ask CHI-MING about the matter. Meanwhile, LAI-CHING confides in her friends that she is frustrated, so her friends plan to host a feast for all student nurses.… ...

KI LOK gets a very unpleasant earful from KING-SUN who accuses her of not only having mistakenly swapped prescriptions but also remained unapologetic about it. Not wanting to make a fuss on such a minor issue, CHI-MING thinks an apology will suffice, to which however SIN-FA disagrees. On the contrary, she requests KING-SUN to make an apology, on top of which she even launches a work-to-rule campaign. After attending to an injured child, YAT-CHUN suspects it's the result of child abuse. Meanwhile, the student nurses meet up with NGA-YAN and ask her about the thing that happened between KI LOK and KING-SUN, hoping she tells them everything. TZE-KWAN notices HIU-CHING seems to have experienced an emotional disorder. Having heard this, YAT-CHUN introduces her to a psychologist.… ...

PAT-SHUI is scheduled to work night shift together with CHI-MING, which makes him feel very nervous for fear of making a mistake. Later on in the corridor, PAT-SHUI bumps into a kid, who immediately disappears without a trace. Thinking it's a ghost, PAT-SHUI is so scared that he falls ill. Music industry newbie CHI-LUNG passes out during rehearsal, so he is accompanied by his agent to the hospital for a checkup. While there, CHI-LUNG learns about the ghost encounter and becomes so panicked that he wants to be transferred to a private hospital, but his agent reminds him that he can't afford it. In the meantime, an ambulance transports a grandpa, surnamed LO, together with his grandson to the hospital, and the grandpa is so agitated by his grandson LO CHING's attempt suicide that he even passes out right in A&E. Working the night shift, KI LOK notices some stains in the corridor which seems to be the deeds by mischievous kids.… ...

Later on, TZE-KWAN learns from YUET-YING that HIU-CHING often stays alone with CHUN-BONG in her room and plays with him, above which she even hears that HIU-CHING was molested by CHUN-BONG. With TZE-KWAN complaining about this to CHUN-BONG's mother, DAO-HANG instead blames her for making false accusations before trying to clarify the whole thing. On the other hand, CHI-LUNG wants to be discharged from the hospital, but KING-SUN suspects CHI-LUNG has developed anorexia nervosa, planning to transfer him to the psychiatric department. While LAI-CHING envies that KI LOK gets to learn how to perform a lumbar puncture, KI LOK has no idea how come CHI-MING gives her this opportunity.… ...
