Handcuffed and accompanied by four police officers, his behaviour has medical staff fearing for the wellbeing of other patients. Matron Kat Henry deals with a flirtatious patient who has cut his head after a night out on the town and is determined to leave the hospital without treatment.

In resus, Dr Jeremy Osman and a full trauma team attempt to save the life of 18-year-old Jack, who has severe injuries after falling off his scooter at high speed.

Doctors are concerned that his behaviour could be as a result of a serious head injury.
